Performance Additives employs industry professionals who have considerable experience up and down the supply chain for PVC compounding and processing. This allows us to better understand our customer’s challenges and provides a holistic perspective on how to solve them with our unique chemistries.
In addition to logistics and sales experts, Performance Additives employs chemical engineers, extrusion consultants, former plant managers, and compound blend professionals. By keeping all of this wide range of professionals on staff, we are able to help troubleshoot issues that others may not identify.

Once an optimal formulation is developed, it is important for the compound to be blended consistently for greatest performance. The Performance Additives network has extensive knowledge in material convey systems and experience in the dry powder flow characteristics of our products.
This is a great add on benefit to dealing with Performance Additives and helps our customer to keep their compound consistent.
